What is a Cleaning Card?
Print heads need to be cleaned every time you change your ribbon or labels. Our technically advanced cleaning cards are uniquely made to remove all forms of dust, dirt and other contaminants. Each cleaning card is conveniently pre-saturated and sealed in a foil to ensure a clean card and the proper amount of solution for each cleaning. The cards will effectively remove grease, light oils, oxides and mineral residue. The cards are supported and laminated with a lint free non-abrasive material that will not shed or leave behind fibers.
Thermal Printers are used extensively for printing labels, receipts, shipping and inventory control. The printers are fast and give a clear image at a low cost. After several hours of use however, the print medium can begin to accumulate on the print head, degrading the print quality and leaving black flecks on the printed surface.
